Contact Our LG Repair Team
Book a repair, call, or send a message about your LG appliance. We’ll confirm the next available appointment window before service.
Contact & business details
Use the details below or send the repair request form.
The quickest way to reach us is the request form on the contact screen. It is built for the details a technician needs, so a few minutes spent filling it in usually saves a round of follow-up questions. You can also use the phone number shown in the site header and footer. A written request lets you attach the model label photo and describe the problem in your own words.
What to have ready
- The appliance type and the LG model number, usually found on the door frame, inside a cabinet wall, on a drawer edge or inside the dryer door
- What the appliance does or does not do, and when the trouble began
- Any code shown on the display, written exactly as it appears
- Your street address with the building type: flat, condo, house or rental
- Access notes such as stairs, parking, an elevator booking or a gate code
If the model number is out of reach, a clear photo of the label is just as useful. Not sure where it hides? Read how to find the model number, and look up unfamiliar display messages in the error code library before you write to us.
Landlords, managers and tenants
Property managers can send requests for rental units and name a tenant contact in the same form. Tell us who will be at home, whether the building needs notice before a visit and who approves the estimate. We keep the approval step with the person you name.
While you wait
A few outside-the-cabinet checks are safe: confirm the plug is seated and the breaker has not tripped, look for a closed water valve, clear a lint trap or drain screen you can reach, and make sure a door or lid shuts fully. Avoid opening panels, probing wiring or touching gas fittings. If you smell burning or see sparks, switch the appliance off at the breaker. If you smell gas, leave the home, avoid switches, and call the gas utility or 911 from outside.
Areas we serve
We travel across San Francisco and the surrounding counties. The locations directory lists neighborhoods and cities by area, and the services overview shows what each repair visit covers.
After you send the request
We read your message, match it to the right appliance type and come back with questions only if something is missing. A visit begins with diagnosis, the estimate arrives in writing, and work starts only when you approve it. If you would like to read the terms first, see the terms of use and the cancellation policy, and the privacy policy explains how your details are handled.

Answers before you ask
A few common questions before service.
You submit a request with your appliance model and symptom, we confirm an appointment window, and a technician performs an on-site diagnosis. You then receive a clear estimate and decide whether to proceed before any repair begins.
Yes. We provide an upfront estimate after diagnosis. No parts are ordered or installed until you approve the work, so there are no surprise charges.
Replacement parts are selected for the exact model and confirmed with you before ordering or installation.
Service areas are listed on the Locations page. Contact us with your ZIP code to confirm current coverage for your address.
